This race is immortal

Known to be a wicked, twisted race, Daemi are a generically evil kind of vermin. Created by Sien, they inherited his lust for power and dominance, his cunningness and tricky ways. They’re selfish, disliking most all people expect for themselves, even hating each other at most times. They use, they take, they want. Said to be the complete opposites of the Malaki race, Daemi are actually more like them than anyone realizes – or is willing to. Their numbers dwell to few, now, and what is left of the race are scattered throughout the dead realm of Azrazel.

Like the Malaki, Daemi have certain types of classifying groups that they are titled under. Zafrire, Mazzikim and Shedim. Each are determined on levels of strength, rather then bloodlines. Zafrire are known to be the strongest, after them the Mazzikim, and then at the level of average is the Shedim. These classifications are rarely used amongst the race, nowadays. The surviving Mazzikim and Shedim normally travel in groups together. The very few Zafrire are, like the Malaki Selaphi, loners. They’ve split up over long and stick to their own company, mainly.

Daemi, also known as demons, have the unique ability to chose three different types of appearances that they held, throughout their lifetime, and shift into them. Zafrire are capable of changing into one of these chosen appearances at will, the lesser Daemi have more difficulties, however. Some taking a while to complete the transformation, or being weakened after changing. Another curious fact about Daemi, that is seen as both gift and curse, is the fact that they do not have to drink nor eat – rather, they can’t. Food tastes like ash, to them, and liquid substances either burn them or give them severe headaches – reactions vary from Daemi to Daemi.

Their generic features and traits are distinguishable from all of the races. They have a particular type of exotic beauty, unlike Aradi, and a perfection to them that is as yet still imperfect. Their skin is normally tanned or dark shaded, however it isn’t rough nor severe like the Naoi. They all have a dominating physical trait of black hair, which is normally kept long with both genders of the race. However, there have been Daemi whom have white or blood red hair, these shades are very, very rare however. Over all, Daemi are seen as beautiful beings with sharp, angular features and an inhuman stunning darkness to them that’s both alluring and frightening.

Daemi’s abilities consist of a speed that even outmatches that of a Malaki, and an enhanced strength that is, however, weak compared to their counterparts. They also have a high tolerance for pain, some have even been said to be immune to feeling anything of the sort. In a way, Daemi are much like a race of dead people, these days.
